Product Review: Anxiclear Advanced Calming Support #anxiclear #anxiety #panicattacks

We all have it, some of us more than others and let me be the first one to tell you that anxiety sucks.  Especially when you have it to the point where it starts to interfere with everyday life, work and family.  So what do you do if you can't relax?  If you go to the doctor they usually will write you a prescription for some drug that may or may not help, or in some cases, MAKE YOU WORSE.

Anxiety is basically a trick that your mind plays on you.  It's all in your head.  All the books and doctors tell you to breathe, meditate, change the way you think, yada, yada, yada.... But what happens when you are so wound up you can't breathe or clear your mind or focus on nothing else but fear?  While medications and their horrible side effects can make this anxiety worse, there are a lot of natural alternatives out there, with no or very little side effects that can provide, a bit of  relief and can help you calm down a bit.

I have been seeing Anxiclear all over the interwebs for a couple of years now and have been really curious as to how well it actually worked.  Normally I'm not one to volunteer to take anything internally I have enough issues to deal with as it is....

Anxiclear is formulated with the following ingredients:
Valeriana Officinalis extract:  aka Valerian Root, smells horrible but works to calms the mind and body.
5-HTP (50mg): 5-HTP is an amino acid that is converted to serotonin naturally by the body, which is believed to regulated mood.

L-Theanine (99% Pure): L-theanine is a amino acid often found in green tea.  L-theanine is believed to have a calming effect on the body and to relieve physical signs of stress and anxiety.
Passiflora Incarnata: Passion flower is well known as an herb used for insomnia, muscle spasms and anxiety
Matricaria Recutita L. (Chamomile Flower) A common herb used as a calming agent, Chamomile Flower is said  to have mild anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety effects.
Bacopa Monniera (Brahmi): This small flowering plant is traditionally used throughout India and it's surrounding areas, for the treatment of a variety of ailments, including epilepsy and anxiety.

Eleuthero root extract (also known as Siberian Ginseng), Eleuthero increases physical performance and stamina, strengthens the immune system, reducing anxiety, and promotes clearer thinking.
Avina Sativa:  Avina Sativa oats  are balancing and calming to the nervous system and encourage healthier sleep patterns.

Magnesium: Studies have shown that anxiety may be due in part to low magnesium levels.  Magnesium is known as a calming mineral.
Niacinamide:  Niacinamide is a form of niacin that has anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) properties without causing flushing or stress on the liver like traditional Niacin does.
Most of these ingredients are generally considered safe but there is a possibility that some of them can cause  Anaphylaxis (a severe, whole-body allergic reaction) in people who are allergic to these ingredients. I haven't had any issues with any of them but I just thought I'd put that out there.

You can always take these herbs separately in one form or another on their own. But then that raises the question of how much to take and when to take it, and who really wants to takes several different supplements a day?  Anxiclear makes it easy by combining all of the above herbs and supplements in to a easy to swallow capsule. All you do is take two a day and you are good to go.

On the first few days of taking AnxiClear, I didn't really notice any difference in the way I felt.  Three to four days later I noticed that I was feeling a bit calmer.  As the days passed by I have been more alert, focused and a lot less scatter-brained.  My anxiety isn't 100% gone and this is in no way a miracle pill, but I have noticed a positive effect on my mood.   I would recommend this product for people with all types of anxiety and panic, to use in conjuction with mediation, deep breathing or CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).  It is a great alternative to prescription anti-anxiety and anti-depressants.

Anxiclear offers discreet shipping, a 60-day money back guarantee, made in the USA, in a FDA registered facility.  Anxiclear is also available in a night-time formula and is doctor recommended.
