Soothie Suckers Herbal Ice Pops Review + Giveaway #soothiesuckers #giveaway

For me personally, nothing in the world is worse than having a sick kid...except for having two sick kids!  They are whining and needy and most importantly they are uncomfortable.  The first thing I think when I hear a sniffle or a cough is OMG where did I go wrong? How did I fail them as a mother by letting them get sick?!...I know, I know... I'm being over-dramatic, but you get my point. Unfortunately getting the yuckies in a part of life and the best way to keep kids well is support their immune systems.  This can be done in many ways including frequent hand washing, flu shots, exercise, and eating right.  Well I'm a germaphobe...surprise, surprise y'all! I have noticed that teaching the kids to keep their distance from others who are ill or just teaching them about keeping their distance period (because kids don't understand boundaries and like to get all up peoples' faces when they talk to them) is a great way to avoid getting sick.

My immune system sucks so the best way to keep myself from getting sick, is to keep my family well.  That being said, we don't do flu shots, because I believe in taking a more natural approach.  I found a product that does just that!

Soothie Suckers Herbal Ice Pops comes in two formulas:
Nasal Support (grape) formula provides upper respiratory support with a combination of five herbs that have been used for centuries.
  • Echinacea - to support the immune system and for overall health
  • Astragalus Root - to strengthen the immune system and boost metabolism
  • Pau d’ Arco (Taheebo) - for health support
  • Pleurisy Root -for supporting the upper respiratory system, and a natural sweetener
  • Goldenseal -to support the immune system and overall health

Immune Support (Orange) formula contains six different herbs that have been used all over the world for over hundreds of years to stay well.

  • Echinacea to support the immune system
  • Astragalus Root -used to strengthen the immune system and boost metabolism
  • Pau d’ Arco (Taheebo) - for health support
  • Mullein - for health support
  • Thyme - for heath support
  • Oregon Grape Root - anti-microbial, also helps sore throats
Unfortunately both of my kids got sick before I could actually use Soothie Suckers  as a preventative measure. However I have found that they do come in handy for stuffy noses, to soothe dry coughs and sore throats. I have been giving my kids one before bed, as a "dessert" to help calm their symptoms so they can actually sleep.  And so can I!
One kid looking cool and one kid feeling much better!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
